Interactions between antiepileptics and antipsychotics may affect their efficacy and tolerability. Evidential human data on interactions between these two drug groups are sparse, and mostly focus on cytochrome P450 isoenzyme effects. Understanding the properties of the individual drugs is helpful in predicting potential interactions. © 2006 Adis Data Information BV. All rights reserved.
