摘要：
The modernization of the hydraulic system of an eight-mn radial forging machine was discussed. The modernization was aimed to improve the durability and efficiency of the machine and to broaden its functional capabilities. During the modernization process the machine was equipped with a system of sensors, fine filters, turbine-type flowmeters and a reduced hydraulic resistance.
