Micellar Electrokinetic Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Studies of Mildronate Stability in Aqueous Solutions

摘要
Mildronate decomposition kinetics in acidic solution were studied using micellar electrokinetic chromatography with indirect detection and mass spectrometry in positive-ion mode. It was found that mildronate was demethylated stepwise in acidic solution to form 3-(2-methylhydrazino)propionic acid and 3-hydrazinopropionic acid. The proposed quantitative determination procedure for mildronate by micellar electrokinetic chromatography with indirect detection enabled quantitative determination in the presence of the destruction products.
