In this research paper, we discuss a new accurate algorithm to solve the steady-state nonlinear Michaelis-Menten pharmacokinetics equation model problem, which depicts oxygen diffusion in a planar cell. Michaelis–Menten kinetics of enzymatic reaction was generated by diffusion equation with a non-linear term. Approximate analytical solution of nonlinear Michaelis-Menten Pharmacokinetics is constructed using homotopy analysis method for a boundary value problem. The validity of the acquired solution is demonstrated via numerical results. © 2020, Springer Nature India Private Limited.
