摘要
We present the results of studies of the basic principles and describe the design of a low-coherence two-wavelength interferometer based on polarization-maintaining fiber. The interferometer was developed for optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging of the internal structure of living biological tissue simultaneously at two wavelengths, 830 and 1300 nm. Images of several sites of living biological tissue are presented and analyzed. © 2004 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
