摘要：

Bei rezidivierenden und multilokulären Schlaganfällen sollte in Endemiegebieten an eine seltene zerebrovaskuläre Manifestation einer Neuroborreliose gedacht werden. Oft ist eine Prodromalphase mit unspezifischen Symptomen über Monate anamnestisch erhebbar. Das Auftreten intrakranieller Aneurysmen kann ein weiterer Hinweis sein. Im Liquor findet sich eine lymphomonozytäre Pleozytose mit Eiweißerhöhung, beweisend ist ein positiver Borrelien AI. Schon bei Verdacht sollte sofort eine leitliniengerechte antibiotische Therapie initiiert werden. Das Therapieansprechen wird klinisch definiert, die Liquorpleozytose kann über die klinische Remission hinaus persistieren.
