摘要
A new type of HTc superconducting film combshape resonator for radio frequency superconducting quantum interference devices (RF SQUID) has been designed. This new type of superconducting film comb-shape resonator is formed by a foursquare microstrip line without a flux concentrator. The range of the center frequency of this type of resonator varies from 800 MHz to 1 300 MHz by changing the length of the teeth. In this paper, we report on simulating the relationship of the value of the center frequency and the length of the teeth, and testing the noise of HTc RF SQUID coupling this comb-shape resonator. © Higher Education Press and Springer-Verlag 2006.
