摘要
The adsorption of the copper ions and some amino acids on the surface of silica from aqueous solutions is interpreted in terms of the surface complexation model. The stability constants of ternary surface complexes, in which silanol groups of silica act as one of the ligands, are determined. It is shown that the values of the constants of the binding of amino acid anions to copper ions on the surface are changed in accordance with a series of increasing hydrophobicity of substituents in the side chains of amino acids.
