Algorithms have been obtained for measurement of the concentration of substances by gas analyzers under nonparametric a priori indeterminacy conditions. They include an estimate of the probability distribution density for the analyzed random process. Various methods are proposed for obtaining these estimates, based on smoothing the empirical probability distribution function.
