摘要
Abstract: A study is performed of the relationship between the number (width) of channels of unphased coherent generation and the spectral separation between these channels within the line of amplification for a powerful laser diode with wide contacts. The reasons for this separation are discussed in connection with the transformation of parameters in the active medium in proportion to the operation of the laser. © 2021, Allerton Press, Inc.
