摘要:
The protolytic properties of fatty acids in oil-in-water emulsions stabilized with sodium dodecylsulfate were studied. The differentiating effect of emulsions on the acid strength was observed with a change in the length of their hydrocarbon radical. Conditions were proposed for the separate alkalimetric determination of acids of different hydrophobicity in their mixtures.
