摘要
Abstract: The properties of promising dielectrics — in particular, elastomers —in mechanisms for precise motion are considered. The influence of the dielectric permittivity on the deformation of materials in an electric field is analyzed. Experiments show that increase in filler concentration raises the dielectric permittivity of the material. © 2022, Allerton Press, Inc.
