摘要
In recent years, dance has entered the platform of sports, attracting people's attention. Dance is the embodiment of artistic beauty, showing the human body's flexibility and coordination. In this paper, the training model of sports dance based on flexibility and coordination was studied. The connotation of flexibility and coordination was analyzed first. The training mode and the quality of students in the training mode were studied and analyzed through the principal component analysis method, and its training physical control mechanism was studied. It is proved by experiment that the design of the special training mode of sports dance based on flexibility and coordination must meet the physical condition of the training crowd.
