摘要
With the economic globalization and the development of the knowledge economy, the basis of the modern economy has become from the natural resource to intellectual asset, and more and more construction enterprises have realized the great importance of knowledge management. Knowledge management is still in an initial stage in Chinese construction enterprises-the system of knowledge sharing and the knowledge innovation mechanism have not formed completely. Firstly, this paper states the basic elements of knowledge management, and analyzes the importance of the knowledge management for construction enterprise. Secondly, it studies two types of problem-the focalization in knowledge sharing and the lack of knowledge innovation mechanism in the construction enterprises. On this basis, to resolve the former problem, this paper points out that the construction enterprises should establish the knowledge sharing system and the dynamic alliance based on virtual enterprise. To resolve the later problem, this paper points out that the construction enterprises should constitute the knowledge produce-transfer-pervasion mechanism and relative implementation measures. This study has great meanings for construction enterprises to promote their knowledge innovation and enhance their competitiveness.
