摘要
Team work, time management, presentation skills and much more is expected from students majoring in civil engineering besides their knowledge of the engineering subjects. Traditional lectures do not offer enough possibilities to teach these competencies. Some universities utilise the advantages of projects to connect the instruction of factual knowledge and soft skills. By converting the 5 year civil engineering Diploma-degree program to a 3 year Bachelor- and consecutive 2 year Master-program the Technische Universitat Darmstadt reformed also its project courses. New and traditional elements of these projects will be presented.
