摘要
With gradual establishment of the Chinese market economy system, the traditional business ethics is under challenged. The consolidation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and protection of consumers' rights and interests in the framework of market economy system are essential problems to be solved in current Chinese society. In line with a cooperative game model, this paper explains that a harmonious unity between corporations and customers can be really achieved under the condition that corporations fulfill their social responsibility through shaping corporate credibility, establishing corporate supervision mechanism and strengthening corporate self-discipline.
