摘要
In work main principles of construction of natural language understanding systems and intellectual search machines are certain. The analysis of existing theories and models is lead. The complex approach to the decision of the given problem on the base of hybrid model of text information representation and processing is offered. The mechanism of contextual knowledge allocation and organization principle of intellectual search on the base of the offered model is resulted.
