摘要
The French Railway Research Department and the UMR MAP (Modeles et simulations pour l'Architecture, l'urbanisme et le Paysage), have developed a research program which applies to the technical management of built heritage. The purpose of this research project is to integrate virtual environments with access to descriptive information for large scale transport buildings. So, the aim of this paper is : To identify the use cases, by describing the procedures to be followed for the realization of the technical visits of the buildings, their equipment and external works. To identify the object classes described in the IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) likely to be enriched for maintenance, then, to adapt them to our needs and to implement them in DBMS (Data Base Management System). To try out the object classes identified, by associating them to the manager with virtual environments (VE) using the language of the relational data bases SQL (Structured Query Language). In conclusion, the stake is to be able to answer the constraints associated with the building maintenance after full realization to ensure the visualization of the building and the related data base and to make it possible to track the decisions throughout the entire building life cycle via the virtual environment interface.
