摘要：

This paper studies the dynamic game between Chinese enterprises and multinational corporations (MNCs) in technological improvement. Based on the theory of technological capabilities (TC), it argues that under some special conditions, the technology transfer from the MNCs will help to improve the TC of Chinese enterprises. It is not, however the key factor during this process. Furthermore, with the development of TC of Chinese enterprises, the MNCs will take actions to restrain Chinese enterprises. This paper will provide theoretical reference for Chinese government and enterprises that will meet an overall open and competition.
