摘要:
The article highlights the current process of digital transformation in finance with the use of new business models exploring possible contributions of the Resource Based View and the Dynamic Capabilities in this organizational field. Therefore, it was found that the technological resources used in digital transformation in finance are not source of sustainable advantage. The Dynamic Organizational Capabilities, in turn, combine in efficiently way, incumbents and big tech companies that demand the typical innovation capabilities of fintechs in a continuous and dynamic process, whereas non-traditional companies prefer one-off partnerships.
