摘要
The system of equations relating the electrode surface temperature in the cathode spot of normal glow discharge at atmospheric pressure to the discharge cathode sheath parameters is formulated. An analytical expression for the cathode surface temperature in the spot has been obtained, and the parameters of the spot and discharge cathode sheath in helium have been calculated.
