摘要
The database of Geographic Information System (GIS) is built based on space positions data of Global Positioning System (GPS) and experimental data of soil organic carbon in Hexi corridor Then. GIS data are analyzed, including testing data distribution, the trend analysis and voronoi map to identify possible outlier According to the result of data set analysis, appropriate model is chosen to simulate and predict the soil organic carbon spatial distribution. The cross validation method is used to verify the simulation accuracy and validity of model. Root mean squared error (RMSE) and mean error (ME) are regarded as the evaluation standard. Kriging model is selected, and simulation map is output by optimal parameters. Through model verification, simulation accuracy is high, RMSE and ME of the model is equal to 0.552 and 0.089 respectively The results show construction and implementation of spatial analysis model based on GIS is feasible and precise.
