摘要：
The paper presents the experience of using psychological knowhow, skills and practice of a practical worker - a school librarian. Not only the demand for psychological knowhow is presented but also the author's own experience in active and creative use of the knowledge in his work. The experience can be of use for a numerous squads of school libraries workers.
