摘要
After the implementation of family planning in China for many years, population aging has advanced. Thus, the development of national sports fitness must also adapt to the requirements of the times. Traditional national sports fitness has not fully adapted to the development of the times. Therefore, this paper introduced the characteristics of the aging population and the deployment and advancement of the development strategy of national sports fitness in China and abroad. The development of national sports fitness for the problem of population aging was analyzed to solve the problem. The four main factors that affect health were obtained through the questionnaire survey. Prior to the comprehensive research, and through visits to the survey, the economic development in different areas of the elderly fitness was studied. Thus, from the perspective of population aging, the new direction of the development of the national sports fitness was presented. The proposal to open indoor gymnasiums to the public and organize many physical fitness activities to make the old people engage in sports was presented. The physical quality of the entire population as well as social stability and harmony have been improved.
