摘要
In this paper we studied the mechanism and routine by which learning orientation, knowledge integration impact organizational core capabilities. Through theory analysis, we built research framework and constructed Structural Equation Model, and then carried out an empirical research on 146 enterprises which come from South China. We proved the relationships among these variables, and confirmed the mechanism and routine by which these variables impact each other: (1) learning orientation is positively related to knowledge integration directly and significantly; (2) knowledge integration has a positive direct and significant effect on core capabilities; but (3) there is no direct positive relation between learning orientation and core capabilities.
