摘要
Disordered and ordered gold nanoparticle arrays are fabricated for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and the effect of the annealing temperature, gold film thickness, exciting power and ordered degree on the SERS signals are investigated. The SERS signals of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) absorbed on these samples are all largely enhanced under the excitation wavelength of 532 nm. The largest enhancement of SERS signals for R6G is even more than 20 times as compared to that of the gold film without annealing. The strong SERS behaviours of gold nanoparticle arrays with disordered and ordered structures may broaden the SERS applications in biomedical and analytical chemistry.
