摘要
Bacterial communities in long-cultivated soils of monasteries in the taiga zone of European Russia differ from those in virgin taiga soils by their taxonomic structure and distribution patterns within the soil profile. Bacterial communities in long-cultivated soils are characterized by a more gradual decrease in their number down the soil profile, higher diversity of coryneformic bacteria, and a relatively high abundance of Arthrobacter. These features make the bacterial communities in long-cultivated taiga soils of monasteries closer to the bacterial communities in well fertilized soddy-podzolic soils and chernozems.
