摘要：
In this article, we explore from a managerial perspective what drives the performance of Chinese investment funds. A questionnaire survey and regression analysis on Chinese and American investment funds reveals that no matter how different investment funds are with regard to their internal and external environments, management and government policies are the most important driving forces of the performance of Chinese investment funds.
