摘要：
The thesis is to show some effective ways to develop the Hebei higher vocational education. The colleges should emerge into the society, being the partner of enterprises. In order to realize this goal, colleges should install unique and scare specialties, build real training bases, explore a suitable way to gain the goal of building high-level double-qualified teachers team. Meantime, the provincial educational functional department can guide the vocational colleges development according to regional economic development, should focus on the professional integration and high-quality professional development in comprehensive evaluation
