摘要
A reconfigurable graphene reflectarray for generation of orbital angular momentum(OAM) vortex wave in THz band is presented. It has a stacked structure consisting of a graphene-based element, a graphene-based frequency selective surface (FSS). By adjusting the electric field, a dynamic change in the complex conductivity of graphene is achieved, which in turn changes the phase and the resonance point of the reflected or transmitted wave at the element. Hence, by suitably choosing the chemical potentials of the graphene and the parameters for each graphene element, the designed reflectarray can produce an OAM vortex wave in 0.8 THz and 1.2 THz, respectively.
