Nanostructured ceramic samples of the composition Bi1-xLaxFeO3 (BLFO) at x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, and 0.2 (BFO-0, BLFO-5, BLFO-10, BLFO-15, and BLFO-20) were produced from nanopowders by spark plasma sintering. The structure and dielectric properties of BLFO ceramics were studied in a wide range of temperatures and frequencies. Phase analysis showed that the BFO-0 sample contained less than 5% impurity phases, decreasing to zero at 5% doping with La. The temperature dependences of the dielectric permittivity epsilon'(T) revealed a number of anomalies. It has been shown that with an increase in the La concentration, epsilon' increases and tg delta decreases.
