All-Fiber 2 μm Amplifier Using a Normal Dispersion Thulium Fiber

摘要
Normal dispersion thulium-doped fiber was deployed in all-fiber setup to amplify pulses from a near-2 mu m ultrafast fiber cavity. We demonstrated >27 dB amplification gain to generate similar to 525nJ pulse energy at 1852nm without pulse breaking. (c) 2019 The Author(s)
