摘要
The purpose of this investigation was to confirm the scale of Attitudes toward Cultural Diversity (ADC). The instrument comprises 7 dimensions: positive intentions, negative intentions, positive beliefs, negative beliefs, positive behavior, negative emotions and support capacity. The sample consisted of 508 students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cordoba. The results of the ADC show that this scale is a reliable and valid scale for measuring attitudes toward cultural diversity. Furthermore, it was shown that future teachers have positive attitudes to cultural diversity and the teacher's training received had a positive influence in reducing negative attitudes.
