摘要
Core competence is the base to achieve enterprise competitive advantage for sustainable development. Preseht problems of IT vendors are pointed out and the relative solution is contrived. According to the connation and elements of core competence with the features of IT outsourcing service vendors, key issues about core competence are found out. Then the index system is put forward and the evaluation model is set up correspondingly, which combines fuzzy integrated method with attribute estimation skill. The special advantages of this method to evaluate core competence and its value for IT enterprises are also indicated.
