摘要
This paper presents the idea of a fully decentralized peer-to-peer collaborative network with a robust, scalable and incentive-compatible system ena-bling storage, retrieval, and manipulation of documents. Modified documents are reviewed in a voting session by other peers. Derived from a scenario, which follows the idea of a distributed encyclopedia, key research questions are concluded.
