摘要
To reveal and resolve the existing problems of the overall performance evaluation methods for national defense firms, this paper discusses the feasibility of GEM to evaluate the overall performance of a national defense firm. A logic and software structure of GEM-based overall performance evaluation system, which combines the GEM with traditional weighed scoring model for the evaluation purpose, is proposed. And its function, key technology and solution method are analyzed. Finally, a case study is presented to show how the system can be applied to evaluation practice. The results of the study show that the suggested system can improve the decision quality.
