Research on the Innovation of Teaching Mode of Human Resources Management from Professional Education Perspective

In this paper, we conduct research on the innovation of teaching mode of human resources management from professional education perspective. Teaching content is a concrete manifestation of teaching objectives, whether theoretical teaching or practical teaching, should have a system of the structural framework, and the times, the reaction of the development and practice needs. This requires teachers to plan and scientifically construct the teaching system to ensure that students learn what society needs with the students practice is used by the work. As China's market mechanism is not perfect, the circulation of the labor market also has many restrictions in human resource management and use of excessive emphasis on human conscience and promotion according to status phenomenon. This papepr analyzes the state-of-the-art approaches for the final verification.
