摘要：
Design for service is critical to making the focus on service work at Rolls-Royce. This article describes the company's Advanced Services Transformation Roadmap, which ensures that services are considered at every step of the engine design process. As a result, Rolls-Royce has seen unanticipated disruptions in engine availability fall and customer satisfaction rise.
