摘要：

The model with which we can comment project management ability and technology level objectively and quantitatively is normally called PMMM (Project Management Maturity Model). It can also play an important role to project management organization and process continuous improvement. This paper introduces the basic knowledge about PMMM, the concept of PMMM, the reason, time, range and main body of application, and some famous models are presented in it. In addition, it prospects the future of PMMM.
