摘要：

We present the case of a 57-year-old man with a cardiac paraganglioma in the right atrioventricular groove in whom dilated cardiomyopathy developed, although he had no hypertension. The tumor was enhanced intensely on contrast echocardiography. The left ventricular size and ejection fraction recovered 7 months after surgical removal of the tumor.
