摘要
Block compressed sensing belongs to one newly developed compression technique in recent years. Aside from conventional trend to look for compression performances, we aim at reliable transmission for block compressed sensing signals over lossy channels. Without any protection scheme, block compressed sensing may suffer from severe degradation after reception. We look for the inherent characteristics of original images, and apply variable block sizes with protection schemes for block compressed sensing. Simulation results have demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed scheme suitable for variable-sized block compressed sensing over lossy channels.
