摘要
Based on the current situation of management of tacit knowledge and demands of enterprises, this paper, first of foremost, analyzes the connotations, characteristics and categories of tacit knowledge, its level in an enterprise as well as shifting dynamic mechanism in detail. Furthermore, the paper provides the project-oriented function model of tacit knowledge management based on the knowledge flow, and analyzes the function and technology to support the model in large-sized construction enterprises. Then it enhances the maneuverability and operability of the tacit knowledge management in construction enterprises from the perspective of the technological feasibility, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of large-sized construction enterprises in China. The paper provides some decision-making references and practical ideas to implement knowledge management, to accomplish strategic transformation, and to participate in international competition for large-sized construction enterprises in China.
