摘要
In vitro regeneration of shoots from nodal segments (containing one axillary bud) as well as from isolated axillary buds of Gleditsia triacanthos L. was studied under defined nutritional and environmental conditions. Shoot regeneration from, either nodal segments of young trees (1 year old) or adult trees (more than 25 years old) occurred in several media. The most suitable combination includes Murashige & Skoog (1962) medium supplemented with 3 mg/L 3-indolilacetic acid and 0.05 mg/L kinetin. Rooting of shoots was never observed. In vitro sprouting of isolated axillary buds from adult trees occurred but did not develop further.
