摘要
The effect of the vesuvian concentration on the thermomechanical properties of nanocomposites based on ethylene-hexene copolymer is presented. The concentration of vesuvian varied from 0.5 to 20 wt.%. It was found that with increasing filler concentration, an increase in the softening temperature of the nanocomposite from 114 to 128 degrees C is observed. An explanation is given of the probable mechanism of the formation of the interfacial region in mineral-polymer structures and its role in the nature of changes in thermomechanical curves. A separate effect of crosslinking vulcanization agents - dicumyl peroxide and sulfur on the main physicomechanical and thermophysical properties of nanocomposites based on copolymer of ethylene with hexene and vesuvian is shown. It was found that nanocomposites containing 5 wt.% vesuvian and 0.5 wt.% dicumyl peroxide possess the highest values of ultimate tensile stress. It has been shown that nanocomposites containing 5 wt.% vesuvian and 5 wt% sulfur possess relatively high physico-mechanical and thermophysical properties. Unlike peroxide vulcanization, sulfuric contributes to a certain increase in the heat resistance of the samples while maintaining at fairly good level the ultimate tensile stress, elongation and melt flow index. The fundamental features of the mechanism of the process of vulcanization of nanocomposites and their influence on the formation of supramolecular structure in polymer-mineral systems are considered. It was found that the loading of 1-2 wt.% dicumyl peroxide favors the irreversible transition of nanocomposites from solid to glassy phase states. The optimal amount of dicumyl peroxide and sulfur as crosslinking agents made it possible to obtain nanocomposites with relatively high values of heat resistance and ultimate tensile stress
