摘要
Dynamic characteristics of machine tool and vibration signals in the manufacturing process are studied, and characteristics of the tool vibration signal frequency spectrum changing with tool wearing are found. The dynamical identification method based on NC open system is designed. The identifying system analyses the vibration signals of the key parts as a tool real-time. The coherence function value between Z-direction acceleration and X-direction acceleration is regarded as the characteristic parameter and the monitoring strategy for the time-varying turning process is found. The system dynamically identifies the turning process. The method is suitable for multi-states in a certain range, and some experiments are carried out to test it. The method is very practical and effective.
