摘要：
This paper promotes a method to convert the molding machine's control system from a mechanical and hydraulic system into a motor-driven system. This conversion is done using the "PC + Motion Controller" architecture. It describes the components of hardware system based on the motion controller, and plots out software functions that match each of the machine component's roles. This work aims to produce a precise and low cost control system for customers.
