摘要：

Nowadays, China's agricultural production costs have increased significantly, and comparative effectiveness of agricultural production has declined continously. The causes of agricultural production costs rising are manifold, including external costs' driving and the promotion of the internal costs. In the artical, some effective countermeasures were given to inhibit China's agricultural production costs rising.
