Service Quality Management for the Third-party Logistics in Supply Chain

摘要
Logistic services have three levels: core services, convenient services and support services. Through the analysis of logistic services' process and target, we know technology, customer satisfaction and service function can affect the logistic services quality. Based on the analysis of three affecting factors, six evaluation indexes system was established. They are specified as: the transportation indexes system (S-1), the warehousing indexes system (S-2), the customer services indexes system (S-3), the finance indexes system (S-4), the information management indexes system (S-5) and the convenient indexes systems (S-6). Using these quality indexes systems, we get a logistic services quality formula model. It can find the problem of service quality, so as to help the third-party logistics (TPL) improve services quality and the competition advantage.
