The application of fuzzy technique in thermal control system on satellite

摘要
With the satellites getting more complex and the application of some high-accuracy equipments having strict requirement on the operating temperature range, the conventional control method which has been applied in thermal control system on satellite can hardly get good performance. The idea of applying the fuzzy control technique in thermal control system on satellites is presented in this paper. A certain module of satellite which has high requirement on the accuracy and the uniformity of the operating temperature is selected and a simplified model based on this module is built up as the controlled plant. A closed-loop fuzzy control system is designed for this plant. How to determine the control strategy by combining the state of several measured points is discussed. The results of the experiment showed that the system performance of using fuzzy controller is better than which using conventional controller both in the temperature accuracy of single measured point and in the temperature uniformity of the whole model. The results also proved that the system has strong robustness.
