The Study on the Japanese Teaching Reform Based on the Cross-cultural Communicative Competence

Nowadays the globalization and internationalization have become the strategy consensus of the various countries economic development, exchange and cooperation between countries become increasingly frequent. From the geopolitical standpoint, China and Japan have close relationship, Japanese talent training is particularly important. However, Japanese teaching itself started late in our country. With the old teaching mode, the talents cannot meet the demand of the market today. The cultural differences lead to misunderstanding and conflict, which affects the communication between the two countries. This article will mainly discuss the Japanese teaching reform based on the cross-cultural communicative competence.
